Position Title: Vice President – Revenue Cycle Management Consulting & Outsourcing

Key Responsibilities:
As Vice President of Business Solutions and USA Operations for Revenue Cycle Management (“RCM”) Outsourcing

• Reporting to the President & CEO, the incumbent will be responsible for working closely with the COO and MD, India while managing stateside customer delivery for all of Inventurus’ healthcare clients and work closely with the Chief Sales and Solutions Officer to develop and assist in selling RCM solutions for our healthcare clients. This will include working with the sales team towards creating confidence in our prospects and customers about Inventurus’ ability to successfully deliver our Revenue Cycle Management Outsourcing and consulting solutions, help develop the solution that customers will eventually buy working closely with the solutions teams and then work in coordination with the India based delivery teams managing all the USA based program management and consulting teams that deliver customer solutions and manage customer satisfaction. 
• Manage the USA component of the account P&L’s for each of the customer accounts
• Directly manage all the stateside program management, delivery and consulting resources
• Work closely with the CEO to manage the overall USA operations from an operational finance perspective
• Create and evolve product offerings and strategies for effective penetration of our RCM solutions in the USA Healthcare market
• Participate in the sales cycle with our sales force to drive executive level credibility, by effectively articulating our consulting and outsourcing delivery methodology
• Work with the solutions team to develop customer solutions
• Help with evolving Inventurus’ Healthcare RCM service offerings/portfolio
• Develop and evolve Inventurus’ Healthcare RCM process consulting and optimization framework and methodology
• Manage the stateside delivery and customer satisfaction for all of Inventurus’ USA Healthcare accounts
• Manage the account level P&L’s for all USA based RCM accounts

Help with overall USA Operational Financial management

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, Accounting/Healthcare Administration education is desirable but not required
• 10+ Years experience in Senior Revenue Cycle Management roles (Director or above) for large Healthcare Providers
• Experience working in a Revenue Cycle Management Outsourcing business in an operations / business development role is desirable
• Hands on experience in process optimization of Healthcare Provider Revenue Cycle via business process reengineering, IT enabled automation, organizational change or outsourcing leading to improved cash-flows and reduced Days in AR
• Strong experience managing customer relationships, participating in sales cycles, interacting and driving credibility with C-Level executives in the healthcare industry
• Operational finance experience including managing P&L’s and being responsible for EBITDA margins
• Ability to effectively work with other people and be collaborative, cross-functional and diplomatic.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and conditions.
• Ability to work with support staff; administrative and coordinators.
• Ability to interact and interface with most levels within the firm.
• Negotiating skills
• Proficient in office computer software/systems (MSOffice, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
