Position: RCM Sales Executive/Director

We’re looking for an exceptional entrepreneurial minded Sales Executive to join our top venture funded startup! The ideal candidate is a successful sales executive within the healthcare provider industry with a background in services sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, qualifying and managing client prospects through the sales cycle culminating in a successful close of initial business and then enables account growth through subsequent sales.
- The person should have a working knowledge of the health care provider revenue life cycle, be computer literate to prepare reports, communications, and client presentations.
- Be a services solution sales person with the ability to ask questions that drive toward the business value of the Inventurus solution and ability to help the client see how they would benefit from our services.
- Individual must be able to work in a team environment with the solutions and onsite/offshore delivery team.
Experience and Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- A Bachelors degree is required, with a minimum of 2 years of successful consultative selling experience in services sales to C-Level executives.
- Experience must include healthcare sales successes with hospitals in the 100 to 300 bed size, large physician groups of over 50 doctors and large payers.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must be comfortable selling services to the CFO and the finance organization.
- Able to develop sales tactics and account plans • Able to develop and demonstrate value/benefit analysis, ROI, and business value to the client.
- Strong knowledge and prior experience in Consulting/Outsourcing Services sales.
- Must have strong team leadership skills, yet able to generate individual high level of sustained sales activity.
- Must have a proven record of increasingly higher levels of sales success with a minimum of two years experience.
Qualifications Preferred:
- Prior successful experience selling for similar consulting and/or outsourcing companies coupled with successful experience selling large multi-year services contracts.
- Experience working with international/offshore delivery teams
- Experience selling services and/or BPO services
- Target markets include:
o Physician Groups of 50 doctors or larger
o Hospitals of 100 to 300 beds
o Large payors
- Must be able to motivate, direct, and manage personal effort daily and be able to work and perform in a remote environment with little direct supervision.
- Able to work in a cohesive team environment with solutions and delivery teams to prepare proposals, client presentations, and other client facing communications.
- Must be an effective communicator and be able to articulate business value solutions both verbally and in writing.
