Position:  Legal Delivery Head

Qualification: LLB/ LLM

Location: USA

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide leadership and establish and grow the Legal business for the client. To oversee all legal work outsourced to India through the client. To provide strategic direction to the team to accomplish short term, mid term and long term goals.
• Build the team – Hiring, training, guidance
• Liaise with the partners and lawyers at the client’s side.
• Client relationship management
• Business Development
• Acquiring new business through the client.
• Overlook delivery, timelines, and quality.
• Budgeting
• P&L responsibility for the operations
• Goal setting and performance management
• To provide legal expertise to other departments where needed
• Manage delivery for law-firm client outsourcing relationships in the areas of:
  o Legal Research
  o Legal Analysis
  o Legal Discovery
  o Contract Drafting
  o Contract Review
  o Document Organization
  o Back-office / Paralegal tasks

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience - 10+ Years (Mandatory)
• 10+ Years in the legal profession with a law firm / in the corporate legal department of a large company
• Preferred:
• Experience / exposure to the USA Legal industry
• Experience in Litigation / Contract Law / Financial Transactions / Intellectual Property
