• All Inventurus production facilities are covered by cameras which transmit information to Digital Video
Recording devices and are guarded by a professional security force and protected around the clock.
• Strict Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete Agreements bind all employees.
• Unauthorized entry into any part of any Inventurus facility is strictly prohibited.
• All employees use electronic ID cards which only permit entry into designated work areas.
• Nothing can be taken inside or outside any Inventurus facility at any time for any reason.
• Each employee has his own password and access only to his own computer/workstation.
• Responsibilities are strictly defined so there are no overlapping areas of work.

Inventurus Conflict Check Procedure
• Every project begins with a comprehensive conflict check, performed by collecting relevant information.
• No work is started on a project until a conflict check has been made and returns have been cleared.

Inventurus Screening Procedures
• Information and physical barriers are established to separate and isolate various client teams.
• Employees are thoroughly trained on all confidential information and transaction policies.
• Anyone not directly involved in a project is given no information of any kind concerning that project.
• All communications concerning a project are held strictly within the group working on the project.
• All files (physical & electronic) are segregated and accessible only to the staff working on the project.
• After completing a project further access is terminated and all project materials are destroyed.
