At Inventurus Legal Solutions every process passes through our graded three step quality control and evaluation system before delivering results to the client. The entire QC process is developed client-specific and project-specific – with your input – so we deliver what you want and expect. The result is not only "error-free" work, but also the establishment of customized, client-specific work flow processes – that you’ve helped establish – in place for your future projects.

Grading System
Project Grading Metrics are established to analyze research and language audits. Various parameters are instituted for research – such as appropriate search content, coverage of resources, selection of correct references, presentation of results, and others – then graded on scale of 1 to 10. Anything below a 10 is re-evaluated and re-submitted for a new round of grading. Only a grade of 10 is considered acceptable. Similarly, grading metrics are in place for language proficiency, writing structure, sentence formation, grammar, redundancy, clarity of expression, etc. – again using the same 10 point system.

Three Step Audit
In addition to the above, every element of every project is audited by the ‘Team Lead’, then by the ‘Quality Analyst’ and finally by the ‘Practice Lead’. Each element must receive a perfect audit score from each of the three group leaders before delivery to the client.
