Position:  Associate – Payment Posting

Qualification: Graduate

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:        

• Deliver Daily targets for payment posting transactions.
• Good understanding and knowledge of posting payments and EOBs
• Recording all payment posting production and transaction processing parameters and generate Monthly MIS statements for review
• Team interaction
• MIS report preparations
• Process Training – Individual / Group Sessions
• Process Documentation
• Training Evaluation
• Participate in internal audits under guidance of Billing Manager
• Execute correction/ corrective/ preventive actions based on audit observations/ customer feedback
• Maintain records

Experience and Qualifications:

• Graduate from any stream
• 2 years of relevant provider side payment / cash posting experience
• 1+ Year in Healthcare Industry.
• 2 years of relevant provider side payment / cash posting experience
• Hands-on Experience in payment posting
• Knowledge in US Healthcare – Provider Process of posting payments
• Excellent English typing skills [Speed > 45 WPM with accuracy 99.5%], Good Communication Skills
